DIGTIAL ADVERTISING: MS REAL ESTATE

 

MS Real Estate is a business that has been in residential and commercial real estate for 31 years but finding new business had become a struggle.

STNNR used Facebook Ads to drive buyer and seller leads. We arranged for the owner of MS Real Estate to create a video of him standing outside one of the homes listed under his company and also video content of the inside of the property. We also arranged to have drone footage of the homes and the local area where the homes were located.

Once STNNR had the content pieces, we created a combination of lead form ads, landing page ads and video view ads. The landing page ads were broken into two campaigns, namely a video landing page ad and an image ad directed to a landing page.

This video ad was a 5 min video selling all the benefits of the property. We pixeled the traffic and the retargeted people that had watched 50% or more of the video with an offer to see inside the home and get the price. This campaign sold all three of the homes in the subdivision over a period of 21 days. MS Real Estate were astounded at the success of the campaign and have gone on to have STNNR manage all their marketing.

The ROI for the campaign that sold these three units in the subdivision was 47:1. These numbers are based on the commissions and not the gross sale value of the homes. 

 
 

APP DEVELOPMENT: VIPIC APP

Vipic is an image editor app that allows you to create your own design and share it with your friends.

We designed and developed the Vipic app to enable users to create their own designs for social media. We curated the app from idea to execution including UX and UI design, custom development through to submitting the final piece to the Android and iOS stores.

We are also currently working on the website to showcase users designs and a central place to find out information about the app.

The app was released as an MVP and we continue to work on the development, adding new features and improving the users experience throughout.

Web Development: heritage engineering

 

Heritage Engineering is a local, family run engineering company that specialises in the manufacture of machined components for numerous modern industries.

Heritage contacted us to help them get their business online, we crafted their content plan and built them a website to suit their needs. They needed a website that explains their services, showcases their products and allow customers to find and engage with them. We worked closely with them to create a content plan which helped us organise their content effectively.

It was important that when a client landed on their website they could clearly see what services they can provide so these items sit at the top of the website. Extra navigation also allows them to continue to add to their content.

 
 

DIGITAL ADVERTISING: LTI FINANCIAL SERVICES

LTI Financial is a company that sells courses that teach people how to trade the Stock Market.

LTI Financial had not been running Facebook Ads when they engaged STNNR. Their model was to sell in-house courses to people that wanted to learn how to trade the stock market, but they had not sold a single course.

STNNR’s goal was to help them drive targeted traffic and create a full service funnel to generate leads and nurture those leads into customers.

This engagement was a ‘ground up’ project so we started initially with creating new landing pages and built out an entire funnel. We started with an offer of a Free 5 Day Course to attract leads. We created a new landing page with a value driven headline accompanied with a 5 min video from the Head Trader of LTI Financial.

Beyond this first stage of the funnel we created a second stage that invited people to join a webinar. We advised them against this explaining that the leads to drive people cold to a webinar would likely be higher than the leads created for the Free Course.

After the first 60 mins of the webinar we created a full stack, irresistible offer that we were confident would yield results. This section of the webinar lasted a further 30 mins. We then created campaigns that had video content in most all of them and added all pixels to their pages (both website and funnel) and then got started with creating the ads. The webinars were run every Thursday night. We made sure that all those that were registered were automatically followed up both by email and sms, to increase the show up rate.

We ran the webinars for 12 weeks. As the weeks passed we had positive ROI and therefore continued to invest more in traffic. By the 12th week, we created reports of the funnel numbers and reported an ROI of $7.62

We ran the webinars for a further 10 weeks and reported an ROI on the ads of $5.56 LTI Financial were very satisfied with the ROI numbers and therefore continued to invest in ads. STNNR took LTI Financial from a company with limited inventory capability (being that they were running scheduled in-house courses) to a company with an almost unlimited inventory using the digital info course method.
